Job Description
- Review and analyze local spatial development plans regarding wind turbine locations.
- Coordinate applications for preparing or amending local development plans and integrated investment plans for wind farms.
- Coordinate amendments to general plans related to wind farm projects.
- Manage zoning and land development permit procedures, including meteorological measurement masts.
- Obtain public-purpose investment location decisions for wind turbine infrastructure.
- Participate in meetings and negotiations with local authorities and communities.
- Cooperate with local governments, public administration authorities, and regulatory bodies.
- Work closely with project teams, planning offices, and external consultants.
- Represent the company at industry conferences and meetings.
- Maintain and archive project planning documentation.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience cooperating with public administration bodies, especially in spatial planning.
- Practical knowledge of planning procedures for wind energy projects.
- Experience working with planning documents (Local Development Plans, Integrated Investment Plans, General Plans).
- Proficiency in QGIS and Microsoft Office.
- University degree, preferably in Spatial Planning, Urban Planning, Law, or related fields.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
