Job Description
As a Business Analyst Intern, you will support the Leneda Program, Luxembourg's national energy data platform, and contribute to the integration of its processes and functionalities within Enovos' business and IT landscape.
In this context, you will support the analysis, specification, implementation and continuous improvement of business processes and digital solutions. Acting as a bridge between business stakeholders and development teams, you will help ensure that business needs are translated into clear, actionable requirements.
Your main responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
- Business Analysis & Requirements Management
- Gather, analyse and document business requirements through discussions with stakeholders.
- Analyse existing business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Translate business needs into clear functional specifications, user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Delivery & Project Support
- Participate in all phases of Agile projects, from requirements gathering to deployment.
- Support the Lead Business Analyst in project delivery activities and follow-up on project actions.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation (business requirements, process flows, user stories, business cases, testing documentation, etc.).
- Participate in functional testing, user acceptance testing (UAT) and defect management.
- Post-Deployment Support
- Support end-users and business stakeholders after go-live.
- Collect feedback and identify opportunities for further improvements.
- Assist in monitoring solution adoption and operational performance.
- The internship will primarily focus on the Leneda Program and its integrations with Salesforce, SAP, customer-facing digital channels and market communication processes.
Your Profile
- Master student in Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering.
- Previous experience in Business Analysis, Project Management or Process Analysis is considered an asset.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with both business and technical stakeholders.
- Fluency in English is mandatory; French is considered assets.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce structured, high-quality deliverables.
- Motivated, pragmatic, curious and eager to learn.
- Sound MS Office knowledge.
- Nice to have:
- Previous exposure to Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud or related ecosystem).
- Experience writing business requirements, user stories or process documentation.
- Knowledge of Jira and Confluence.
