Position Summary
We are seeking an accountable, communicative, and organized individual to join our team as a Project Manager. The Project Manager will be accountable for the day-to-day planning, coordination, and execution of assigned capital projects within the Foundational Development team, as well as external customers of Clear Water Services as needed. This role owns project-level scope, schedule, and cost tracking. This person will also ensure work is executed in alignment with approved plans, standards, and organizational priorities.
The Project Manager will work closely with Design, Fabrication, Execution, and Administration workgroups to drive projects from authorization through commissioning and closeout. This is a delivery-focused role requiring strong coordination and follow through.
Key Responsibilities

Project Delivery
- Manage assigned projects from initiation through closeout.
- Oversee industrial construction sites during new facility buildouts.
- Coordinate custom fabrication builds for external business units.
- Maintain project schedules, cost tracking, and forecasts.
- Coordinate activities across Design, Execution, Fabrication, and Administration.
- Ensure project documentation and reporting are accurate, current, and distributed appropriately.
- Anticipate challenges and develop proactive solutions to keep projects on schedule.
Scope and Change Control
- Maintain approved project scope and assumptions.
- Support formal change management processes.
- Track risks, issues, and mitigation actions throughout project lifecycles.
- Coordinate scope changes with Design team and the Senior Project Manager.
- Ensure impacts on cost and schedule are clearly documented.
Communication and Coordination
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned projects.
- Facilitate regular project meetings and updates.
- Communicate progress, risks, and decisions clearly to stakeholders.
- Escalate material issues promptly through appropriate channels.
- Coordinate design and permitting processes and ensure all required code reviews, permits, and building approvals are completed.
- Provide direction for procurement and supply chain management for construction materials and equipment.
Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in project management, specifically within industrial, manufacturing, or construction environments.
- Experience working cross-functionally with business units to design and layout industrial spaces.
- Experience managing multiple workstreams simultaneously, while also balancing remote and on-site work.
- Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., PM Softwares, Excel, BlueBeam, etc).
- Experience managing permitting processes for industrial construction projects.
- Familiarity with directing, collaborating with, or executing fabrication shop operations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiar with all stages of a Greenfield Project.
- Familiar with project sites being designed for storing and using hazardous materials.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Construction Management or related.
- Design and/or Manufacturing experience of complex mechanical assemblies.
- Experience with electrical systems design, industrial automation, or process control systems.
Licensing & Special Requirements
- Subject to a criminal background check.
- Will require up to 40% travel nationwide

Most of the work will be performed in an office, site, or field environment. Physical requirements of the position include walking, standing, or sitting for extended periods, and always wearing appropriate PPE.
