Job description
This role will support land contract management for Arevon's development team. The development team leads the expansion of Arevon's portfolio, bringing projects from idea to construction. This position will help to manage and facilitate land control payments and other real estate contract matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Review of real estate related contracts and abstraction of critical data into databases (Site Tracker), spreadsheets, or other software systems with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Organize and maintain electronic and physical files for real estate, ensuring they are easily accessible, properly named, and categorized.
- Support online and paper recordings of agreements in county record systems.
- Monitor and report on land contract expiration notices and the management of landowner data.
- Serve as landowner payment liaison between the development team and accounts payable by performing data entry of landowner information into the company's vendor onboarding program, entering purchase orders into NetSuite, and continued follow up with stakeholders to ensure completed timely payments.
- Monthly and yearly review, auditing, and reporting of payments for land contracts.
- Data entry and document review for real estate group.
- Coordinate miscellaneous administrative activities for the team as directed.
- Perform related copying, filing, saving, indexing and organizing transactional documents.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in commercial real estate or lease administration.
- Strong professional communication skills to trouble shoot and problem solve administrative tasks.
- 2-or 4-year degree.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Experience using Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other relevant software.
Preferred Qualifications
- Arizona Notary.
- Strong Organizational and Time Management Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with various stakeholders.
- Attention to Detail: Accuracy and attention to detail in document management and data entry.
- Familiarity with NetSuite and Salesforce.
