Program Lead of Expert Community & Innovation Platform (f/m/d)

As the Program Lead for Expert Communities & Innovation Platforms, you will play a pivotal role in strengthening the technical capabilities of Grid Technologies (GT) and Product & Resource Management (PRM) at Siemens Energy. A typical day involves leading the GT Expert Program, engaging with technical experts globally, and driving innovation through structured expert engagement models. You will connect experts with strategic technology initiatives, facilitate knowledge sharing, and promote cross-functional collaboration, all while enhancing Siemens Energy's position as an industry thought leader.

How You'll Make an Impact

• Lead and evolve the GT Expert Program, including expert identification, nomination, and recognition processes
• Act as the primary interface to innovation and collaboration platforms, increasing participation in innovation challenges and campaigns
• Establish technical communities of practice and facilitate expert workshops and working groups
• Create and implement internal and external communication strategies to drive expert communication
• Support publication and dissemination of technical expertise, coordinating conference participation and technical representation
• Strengthen engagement of technical experts globally and promote cross-functional collaboration and knowledge exchange

What You Bring

• Relevant and applicable bachelor's degree/diploma with a technical study background
• Longterm experience in expert roles or activities, with leadership experience
• Strong appreciation of engineering excellence and innovation ecosystems
• Proven experience in building expert networks, communities of practice, or innovation platforms
• Strong facilitation skills to mobilize experts across regions, functions, and business areas
• Fluent in English with strong communication skills and confident stakeholder engagement in global matrix organizations
