Wo du anpacken wirst

Netzanschluss- und Einspeisevorgänge koordinierst du von der Anmeldung bis zur Fertigmeldung
Relevante Daten und Unterlagen prüfst, erfasst und pflegst du in unseren Systemen
In der Zusammenarbeit mit Netzbetreibern, Kund:innen und internen Fachbereichen sorgst du für verbindliche Absprachen und fristgerechte Rückmeldungen
Bearbeitungsstände, Fristen und offene Vorgänge behältst du im Blick und verfolgst sie zuverlässig nach
Kritische Vorgänge erkennst du früh und leitest die nötigen Eskalationen ein
Bei der Einführung neuer Prozesse, Produkte und Systemlösungen wirkst du aktiv mit
Bestehende Abläufe analysierst du und bringst Ideen zur Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung ein

Was wir uns von dir wünschen

Eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung bringst du mit, z. B. als Kaufmann/-frau für Büromanagement, Industriekaufmann/-frau oder in einer vergleichbaren Qualifikation
Erfahrung in der Auftragsabwicklung, im Kunden- oder Netzservice oder in der Energiewirtschaft ist von Vorteil
Eine strukturierte, sorgfältige und eigenständige Arbeitsweise zeichnet dich aus
Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mind. C1) und Routine in MS Office, insbesondere Excel, gehören zu deinem Handwerkszeug
Technische und energiewirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge willst du verstehen, nicht nur abarbeiten
Am Telefon und per E-Mail trittst du sicher und verbindlich auf
