Wo du anpacken wirst
- Du analysierst per Fernzugriff komplexe Fehlerbilder moderner PV-, Speicher- und Energiemanagementsysteme
- Du unterstützt über verschiedene Kommunikationskanäle Kunden und Fachpartner dabei, technische Herausforderungen schnell und nachhaltig zu lösen
- Du arbeitest eng mit Herstellern und der Entwicklungsabteilung zusammen und gestaltest technische Lösungen aktiv mit
Was wir uns von dir wünschen
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Elektrohandwerk, z. B. als Elektroniker Energie- und Gebäudetechnik, Elektrotechniker Betriebstechnik, Elektroanlagenmonteur oder vergleichbar
- Interesse an Photovoltaik, Batteriespeichern und moderner Energietechnik
- Idealerweise erste Erfahrungen im PV-Umfeld
- Freude daran, technische Probleme zu analysieren und Lösungen zu finden
- Kommunikationsstärke und kundenorientiertes Denken
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
