Wo du anpacken wirst

Du bist die erste Anlaufstelle für unsere Kunden rund um Photovoltaikanlagen und Speicherlösungen
Telefonisch und per E-Mail nimmst du Kundenanliegen auf, dokumentierst und bearbeitest sie
Für die Zufriedenheit unserer Kunden übernimmst du Verantwortung - mit lösungsorientierter Kommunikation und deiner Erfahrung im Kundenkontakt
Komplexe Fälle erkennst du frühzeitig und steuerst sie souverän über unser Eskalationsmanagement
Im engen Austausch mit erfahrenen Kolleginnen und Kollegen unterstützt du auch die Einarbeitung neuer Teammitglieder
Deine Ideen zur Prozessoptimierung bringst du aktiv ein und entwickelst unsere Servicequalität mit weiter

Was wir uns von dir wünschen

Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Kundenservice bringst du mit, idealerweise mit technischem Bezug
Technische Themen rund um Photovoltaik interessieren dich, idealerweise hast du schon mit Batteriesystemen, Apps oder Wallboxen gearbeitet
Im Kundenkontakt überzeugst du durch Kommunikationsstärke, Empathie und ein hohes Maß an Serviceorientierung
Komplexe Kundenanliegen bearbeitest du strukturiert und kennst dich im Eskalationsmanagement aus
Auf Deutsch drückst du dich sehr gut aus, mündlich wie schriftlich, und mit MS Office und CRM-Systemen arbeitest du sicher
Du arbeitest selbstständig und strukturiert, übernimmst Verantwortung und bist gleichzeitig ein echter Teamplayer
Für unser Schichtmodell bist du flexibel - gut planbar zwischen 08:00 und 20:00 Uhr, optional auch samstags
