Wir suchen Dich zur Unterstützung unseres Teams in der Projektrealisierung zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt als Bauleitung (m/w/d) für Windenergieprojekte in NRW in Vollzeit.

Folgende Tätigkeitsschwerpunkte gehören u.a. zum Aufgabenbereich

Vorbereitung, Koordination, Begleitung und Abschluss von Bürgerwindenergieprojekten mit den Schwerpunkten Tief- und Wegebau, Elektroinfrastruktur
Bauleitung der Windenergieprojekte nach LBauO
Bauherrenbegleitung während allen Projektphasen; Koordination von Nachunternehmern, Begleitung von Gutachtern
Planung und Bauvorbereitung der Windparkbaustellen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Projektteam
Erstellen und Umsetzen von Projekt- & Bauablaufplänen
Zeitplanung und Fristenmanagement während der gesamten Bauphase eines Windparks
Erarbeitung von Ausschreibungsunterlagen einzelner Gewerke, Angebotsanfragen und Beauftragungen nach VOB

Das bringst Du mit

Du verfügst über ein abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation in den Bereichen Bauwesen oder Elektrotechnik
Berufserfahrungen im Bereich Windenergie konntest du bereits sammeln
Wünschenswerterweise verfügst du über Kenntnisse in mindestens einem der folgenden Bereiche: Site-Management, Bauleitung, Tiefbau, Elektrotechnik oder Logistik
Routinierter Umgang mit MS-Office
Eigeninitiative, Qualitätsbewusstsein sowie strukturiertes, lösungsorientiertes und selbstständiges Arbeiten
Eine gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit, sowie eine ausgeprägte Fähigkeit zielorientiert Entscheidungen zu treffen und konstruktive Problemlösungen zu finden
Teamfähigkeit, Flexibilität, positives und sicheres Auftreten
Führerschein Klasse B und Reisebereitschaft innerhalb von NRW
Gutes Ausdrucksvermögen in Deutsch und idealerweise gute Englischkenntnisse
