Your direct manager is based in Europe, and depending on market developments and team structure, you may also partner with Sales Project Managers or other experts located outside APAC. Building strong relationships in a virtual environment is therefore essential.
While the team is always willing to help and support one another, the geographically dispersed nature of the organization means that self-motivation, proactive communication, and the ability to work independently are key to success.
