Deine Aufgaben

Organisation, Koordination und Durchführung bürowirtschaftlicher Abläufe
Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Partnern
Aufbereitung, Präsentation und Dokumentation von Daten und Informationen
Unterstützung im Finanz- und Rechnungswesen, Buchungssystemen und Zahlungsverkehr
Anwendung einer Fremdsprache
Das lernst du bei uns:
- Büro- und Geschäftsprozesse organisieren, Termine planen, Projekte koordinieren
- Personal, Finanzwesen
- Praxisnaher Unterricht an der Berufsbildenden Schule (1-2× pro Woche)

Dein Profil

Guter Realschulabschluss oder (Fach-)Hochschulreife

Teamgeist, Kommunikationsfreude, Zuverlässigkeit und Lernbereitschaft
