Créée en 2010, Symbio est une filiale des groupes Michelin et Faurecia, qui conçoit des Systèmes Hydrogène.
Nous recrutons Un Responsable Composant(s) électrique électronique H/F qui aura la responsabilité de mener à bien le développement et le suivi en production de l'ensemble d'un ou plusieurs composants ainsi que d'assurer l'interface avec l'équipe projet engineering, le service mécanique, le fournisseur, la production, les essais, les architectes et l'après-vente afin de définir le planning de développement et la définition technique du composant.
Activités détaillées
- La rédaction de la spécification technique (cahier des charge)
- Dans les cas de make ou Build to print : la réalisation du design
- Sécuriser la conformité aux règles métiers pour assurer un bon niveau QDCF
- Le suivi de projet lié à son composant (échanges RFI/RFQ avec le fournisseur, planification, suivi des actions, reporting projet etc...)
- L'évaluation technique des solutions proposées par les fournisseurs
- Challenger le fournisseur VS la spécification
- Release des pièces et des documents associés dans le système Symbio
- Intégration dans le système et industrialisation du produit
- Application des règles métier pour assurer un bon niveau QDCF (qualité, délai, coût, feature)
- Responsable des vérifications et validations de son composant
- Piloter et/ou réaliser les demandes d'évolutions techniques
- La réalisation manuelle ponctuelle
- Il est au quotidien en lien avec les équipes mécanique, industrialisation, après-vente, architecture et projet sur son périmètre
- Il est le contact clé sur son projet sur la ligne de production et participe aux premiers montages
- Participera activement à la vie de l'équipe et aux sujets d'amélioration continue
