Du planst, führst aus und überwachst Bau- und Sanierungsmaßnahmen.
Die Bauplanung stimmst du mit Behörden und externen Planern ab.
Zudem kontrollierst du die Einhaltung aller einschlägigen baurechtlichen Vorschriften und Auflagen.
Du löst Bauleistungen aus, nimmst und rechnest sie ab und erkennst diese an.
Gewährleistungsverfolgung führst du eigenständig durch.
Darüber hinaus wirkst du an der Erstellung von Leistungsverzeichnissen mit und unterstützt bei der Vergabe von Bauleistungen.
Sicherheitsmaßnahmen überprüfst und koordinierst du.
Instandhaltungsstrategien und -Maßnahmen stimmst du ab.
Außerdem stellst du die Baudokumentation zusammen, prüfst sie und archivierst sie.

Was dich auszeichnet

Du bist staatlich geprüfte/r Bautechniker/in.
Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bauhauptgewerbe bringst du mit.
Kenntnisse über Netzanlagen sind wünschenswert.
Fundierte Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen im Bau- und Vertragsrecht hast du erworben.
Deine Durchsetzungskraft, dein gesundes Urteilsvermögen und dein sicheres, freundliches Auftreten zeichnen dich aus.
Du bist team- und kommunikationsfähig und zeigst ein hohes Maß an Einsatzbereitschaft und Flexibilität.
Zudem bist du einsatzfähig für Arbeiten in Höhen (E-Absturzgefahr).
Einen Führerschein der Klasse B besitzt du.
