Du arbeitest datenbasiert und erkennst Abweichungen frühzeitig? Dann überwache bei Wi SOLAR in Kaisersesch PV-Anlagen digital, analysiere Performance und leite gezielt Maßnahmen ein - für maximale Anlagenverfügbarkeit bundesweit.
Deine Aufgaben
- Portalgestütztes Monitoring von Photovoltaik-Anlagen und Fehleranalyse
- Kundenkommunikation und telefonischer Kundenservice
- Auftrags- und Reklamationsannahme und deren Abwicklung
- Technischer Support
- Assistenz der Techniker Service und des Leiters Service
- Datenaufbereitung für den Kunden oder zur internen Nutzung
- Prüfung von Kundenabrechnungen mit dem Schwerpunkt der Einspeisevergütung
- Terminkoordination
