Trinity Solar, one of the nation's leading residential solar companies, is looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to bring strong communication, organization, and customer-focused problem-solving skills to our growing solar operations team.
This is a customer-focused role where you'll help guide customers through the solar process from project inception through completion. You'll monitor active projects, keep customers informed, coordinate with sales representatives and internal teams, and help ensure required documentation is collected and project deadlines stay on track.

Compensation: $18 - $21 / hour
Duties/Responsibilities
- Develop strong, positive working relationships with customers, colleagues, and cross-functional teams.
- Provide professional, courteous, and timely communication throughout the customer's solar project.
- Regularly monitor active projects for accuracy of information and adherence to established deadlines.
- Communicate project updates, outstanding requirements, and next steps to customers and internal teams.
- Coordinate with customers and sales representatives to obtain documentation required for solar projects.
- Follow up on outstanding documentation and project requirements to help prevent delays.
- Address customer questions and concerns while working toward positive and appropriate resolutions.
- Utilize strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize daily responsibilities and adjust to changing project needs.
- Maintain accurate customer and project information within company systems.
- Communicate through phone, text messaging, email, and other approved customer communication channels.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customers receive consistent and timely support.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and responsiveness throughout the customer experience.
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
- Assist with additional customer service and project support responsibilities as needed.
Required Skills/Abilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.
- Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with customers through phone, text messaging, and email.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to listen to concerns and work toward positive outcomes.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy when reviewing customer and project information.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to remain professional, patient, and solution-oriented when addressing customer concerns.
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively as part of a team.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe PDF, and document management systems.
- Experience with Salesforce.com preferred.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced office environment.
- Positive attitude, adaptability, and a commitment to providing an exceptional customer experience.
Education and Experience
- Customer service experience preferred but not required.
- Experience working in a fast-paced office, customer service, or project coordination environment is a plus.
- Experience in the solar, construction, or related industry is helpful but not required.
- Equivalent combination of training and practical experience may be considered.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to sit at a desk and work on a computer for extended periods of time.
- Ability to communicate effectively by phone, email, text messaging, and other digital communication platforms.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 15 pounds occasionally.
- Ability to perform repetitive computer and office-related tasks throughout the workday.
