Ziel der Position

Als Betriebsschlosser (m/w/d) sind Sie ein zentraler Bestandteil der Sicherstellung der Qualität und Sicherheit von unseren Anlagen und Produkten. Sie unterstützen mit Ihrem fundierten Wissen vorbeugende Wartungen und Instandhaltungen unserer Produktionsanlagen nach Vorgaben, führen Installationsarbeiten in der Anlagentechnik durch und geben dem Bedienpersonal Anleitung und Einweisung nach funktionellen und technischen Erfordernissen.

Diese Aufgaben erwarten Sie

  • Sicherstellung der betriebssicheren Verfügbarkeit von Maschinen, Anlagen, Kran- und Umschlagsanlagen nach TRBS / BetrSichV
  • Beseitigung von Störungen
  • Durchführung von Wartungen, Inspektionen, Reparatur und Instandsetzungen an Maschinen, Anlagen, Transportfahrzeugen, Hebebühnen, Gabelstapler, IHT / SPMT
  • Schweißausführen an Bauteilen
  • Maschinelle Bearbeitungen von Bauteilen
  • Lesen von technischen Zeichnungen und Hydraulikschaltplänen

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Konstruktionsmechaniker/Industriemechaniker (m/w/d) oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Kran- und Staplerschein von Vorteil
  • Erste Vorerfahrung im oben genannten Aufgabenbereich von Vorteil
  • Hydraulikkenntnisse
  • Bereitschaft zu Schichtarbeit
  • Höhentauglichkeit bis zu 50m
  • Führerschein Klasse B
  • Sie sind körperlich belastbar und bringen ein hohes Maß an Verantwortungsbewusstsein mit
  • Sorgfältiges Arbeiten zeichnet Sie aus
