Als Business Controller (m/w/d) sind Sie ein zentraler Bestandteil unseres Finanzteams. Sie unterstützen mit fundierten Analysen die finanzielle Steuerung des Unternehmens, insbesondere der Produktion, stellen die Transparenz der Zahlen sicher und schaffen Entscheidungsgrundlagen für das Management. Ein besonderer Fokus liegt auf der Kostenkontrolle in der aktuellen Aufbauphase des Unternehmens sowie zukünftig auf unserem Produktionsbereich entlang unserer industriellen Wertschöpfungskette.
Diese Aufgaben erwarten Sie
- Verantwortung für Budgetierung, Forecasts und rollierende Liquiditätsplanung
- Eigenverantwortliches Cost Controlling mit Fokus auf CAPEX-Investitionen während der Aufbauphase sowie zukünftig auf Produktions-, Material- und Gemeinkosten
- Durchführung von Soll-Ist-Analysen, Abweichungs- und Wirtschaftlichkeitsanalysen (Produktionscontrolling)
- Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen nach HGB
- Überwachung und Analyse von Produktionskennzahlen sowie Ableitung von Handlungsempfehlungen
- Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung von Controlling-Prozessen, KPI-Systemen und Reporting-Tools
- Unterstützung bei Wirtschaftlichkeitsberechnungen in einem industriellen Produktionsumfeld
- Vorbereitung und Begleitung von internen und externen Audits (Wirtschaftsprüfer, Konzernprüfung)
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Einkauf, Produktion, Engineering und Group Finance in China
- Berichtswesen und Kommunikation mit der Muttergesellschaft (englischsprachig)
Ihr Profil
- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaft mit Schwerpunkt Controlling, Rechnungswesen oder Finanzen oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Controlling eines Industrieunternehmens, idealerweise in der produzierenden Branche
- Fundierte Kenntnisse im Cost Controlling und in der Kostenrechnung (z. Maschinenstundensätze, Zuschlagskalkulation)
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in HGB, IFRS-Kenntnisse von Vorteil
- Sicherer Umgang mit ERP-Systemen (idealerweise SAP) und sehr gute Excel-Kenntnisse
- Erfahrung im Produktionscontrolling und Investitionsanalysen
- Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, da internationale Kommunikation erforderlich ist
- Analytisches Denkvermögen und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Hohes Maß an Eigenverantwortung und Verlässlichkeit
- Teamgeist und Kommunikationsfähigkeit auf allen Ebenen
- Bereitschaft, sich in ein internationales Umfeld einzubringen und Prozesse mitzugestalten
