  • Helpdesk Troubleshooting durch Telefon-, Remote- und Vorort-Support
  • Erstellung, Zuordnung und Koordination der Aufgaben im Ticketsystem
  • Administration des Client-Managements
  • Durchführung von Anwenderschulungen
  • Überwachung, Ausbau und Dokumentation der IT Facilities
  • Administration der VMware/Omnissa Horizon View Applikationen

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene fachspezifische Ausbildung z. B. Fachinformatiker m/w/d für Systemintegration
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im IT-Bereich
  • Gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft Betriebssystemen innerhalb der Netzwerkumgebungen sowie in den MS-Office-Produkten
  • Sichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Leistungs- und Dienstleistungsbereitschaft
  • Strukturierte Arbeitsweise und Flexibilität
