Aufgaben

Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung der Mitarbeitenden im Bereich E-Gondelbahnhof
Steuerung und Überwachung der innerbetrieblichen Material- und Komponentenflüsse
Sicherstellung der vollständigen Materialbelieferung der Fertigungsarbeitsplätze zu den geplanten Taktzeitpunkten
Planung und Organisation des Personaleinsatzes* Durchführung und Teilnahme an Shopfloormeetings
Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Arbeitsschutz-, Umwelt-, Qualitäts- und Unternehmensstandards
Durchführung von Mitarbeitergesprächen und Förderung der Weiterentwicklung der Teammitglieder

Qualifikationen

Abgeschlossene logistische Berufsausbildung zur Fachkraft für Lagerlogistik
Weiterbildung zum Meister vergleichbare Qualifikation wünschenswert
Berufs- und idealerweise Führungserfahrung in der Logistik
Gute Kenntnisse in SAP und MS Office
Ausgeprägte Führungs-, Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
