Was du lernen wirst
- Installation und Konfiguration von IT-Systemen, Servern und Netzwerken
- Fehleranalyse und Störungsbeseitigung
- Betreuung und Support von Hard- und Softwarelösungen
- Planung und Umsetzung von IT-Projekten
- Analyse der Anforderungen der Fachabteilungen und Implementierung von maßgeschneiderten Lösungen
- Durchführung von Systemtests und Qualitätssicherungsmaßnahmen
- Schulung und Beratung der Anwender bei der Nutzung von IT-Systemen
- Mitarbeit bei der Administration von Netzwerken und Servern
