Deine Position
- Leitung und zielgerichtete Koordination der gesamten Operations-Kräfte
- Entwicklung sowie Implementierung von Strategien und Betriebsprozessen zur effektiven Kostenreduzierung
- Überwachung und tiefgehende Analyse von KPIs zur Gewährleistung der Zielerreichung
- Sicherstellung einer reibungslosen Kommunikation und engen Zusammenarbeit zwischen verschiedenen Teams und Abteilungen

Dein Profil
- Ein abgeschlossenes wirtschaftliches oder technisches Studium oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung inklusive nachweisbarer Führungserfahrung
- Unternehmerischer Drive sowie deine stark KPI-getriebene und ambitionierte Arbeitsweise
- Hands-on Mentalität, ausgeprägte analytische Kompetenzen sowie eine sehr hohe Kommunikationsstärke zeichnen dich aus
- Fähigkeit, als Motivationsmaschine mit unseren Teams stets auf Augenhöhe zusammenzuarbeiten
