Deine Position
Als HR-Generalist für unseren Rheinland Hub begleitest du unsere Mitarbeitenden in unseren Betrieben entlang ihrer Employee Journey. Du bist Ansprechperson für People-Fragen und arbeitest eng mit unserem People & Culture Holding Team zusammen, um so unsere Mitarbeitenden bestmöglich zu unterstützen.
- Betreuung und Beratung von Mitarbeitern und Führungskräften in allen personalrelevanten Themen
- Umsetzung und Optimierung von HR-Prozessen entlang des Employee Life Cycle
- Unterstützung im Recruiting-Prozess, inklusive Stellenausschreibungen, Bewerbermanagement und Onboarding
- Betreuung der Personaladministration, inklusive Vertrags- und Zeugnismanagement
- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung arbeitsrechtlicher Vorschriften und interner Richtlinien
Dein Profil
- Abgeschlossenes Studium mit Schwerpunkt Personalmanagement oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer generalistischen HR-Funktion
- Fundierte Kenntnisse im Arbeitsrecht und in HR-Prozessen
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit HR-Software, idealerweise Personio
- Kommunikationsstärke, Empathie und eine lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Eigeninitiative, Teamgeist und eine hohe Serviceorientierung
- Reisebereitschaft innerhalb der Niederlassungen
