Für die Vattenfall Real Estate Energy Sales GmbH suchen wir ab sofort in Vollzeit eine:n Manager Compliance & Advisory (m/w/d) am Standort Berlin.
Als Manager Compliance & Advisory übernimmst Du eine Schlüsselrolle in der Einhaltung gesetzlicher und regulatorischer Datenschutzanforderungen für den B2B-Energievertrieb. Du identifizierst Datenschutzrisiken und entwickelst Strategien zur Risikominderung, um unsere internen Prozesse kontinuierlich zu optimieren und an aktuelle datenschutzrechtliche Rahmenbedingungen anzupassen.
Deine Herausforderungen als Manager Compliance & Advisory (m/w/d)
- Sicherstellen der Einhaltung gesetzlicher, regulatorischer und unternehmensinterner Compliance-Vorgaben
- Mitwirkung bei der Identifikation und Analyse von Risiken sowie Unterstützung bei Maßnahmen zur Risikominimierung
- Unterstützung interner Stakeholder in Bezug auf KI- und datenschutzseitige Rahmenbedingungen mit Fokus auf operative Fragestellungen
- Datenschutzseitige Betreuung und Überwachung von Systemen sowie interner Datenverarbeitungsprozesse (einschließlich der Entwicklung von Verarbeitungsverzeichnissen und Anonymisierungskonzepten)
- Unterstützung des Marketings hinsichtlich datenschutzrechtlicher Fragestellungen, Kampagnenbetreuung und der Weiterentwicklung des Opt-In Managements
- Begleitung von Projekten im Bereich Data & Analytics bzgl. datenschutzkonformer Lösungen und Methoden
- Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Ansprechpartnern, insbesondere in Bezug auf KI- und datenschutzrechtliche Fragestellungen
- Unterstützung der Vattenfall-internen Compliance-Prozesse als Datenschutz- und KI-Ansprechpartner:in
- Unterstützung der Vattenfall-internen Compliance-Prozesse im Bereich des Arbeitsschutzes
Qualifikationen
Dein Profil
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsrecht, Rechtswissenschaften, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Relevante Berufserfahrung im Bereich Compliance, Datenschutz, Risikomanagement oder Wirtschaftsrecht
- Fundierte Kenntnisse im Datenschutzrecht (DSGVO) sowie Erfahrung mit der Betreuung datenschutzbezogener Systeme und Prozesse
- Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit Fachabteilungen, insbesondere in den Bereichen Vertrieb, Marketing, Data & Analytics und IT
- Eigeninitiative, ausgeprägtes analytisches Denkvermögen sowie eine lösungsorientierte und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Verständnis für unternehmerische Abläufe und die Fähigkeit, pragmatische Lösungen für komplexe rechtliche Fragestellungen zu entwickeln
- Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Teamfähigkeit
