Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Project Manager with a background in industrial, residential, and ground-mount solar projects to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing solar projects from initiation to completion, ensuring that each project is delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. The Project Manager will play a crucial role in managing documentation, coordinating with stakeholders, and staying updated on Gujarat state government's solar policies.

Responsibilities

Project Planning and Initiation

• Conduct thorough project feasibility studies.
• Develop comprehensive project plans outlining scope, schedule, and budget.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project alignment with organizational goals.

Stakeholder Coordination

• Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, contractors, and internal teams.
• Coordinate and facilitate meetings to update stakeholders on project progress.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the project lifecycle.

Documentation Management

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation.
• Create and manage project reports, including progress reports and risk assessments.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

Project Execution

• Supervise and manage project teams, ensuring efficient and effective collaboration.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Implement best practices for quality assurance and control.

Gujarat State Policy Compliance

• Stay informed about the latest solar policies and regulations in Gujarat.
• Ensure projects adhere to all relevant government guidelines and standards.
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with government agencies.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field. PMP certification is a plus.
• Experience:
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in managing solar projects.
  • Proven track record of successful project delivery in industrial, residential, and ground-mount solar installations.
• Skills:
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of Gujarat state government's solar policies.
  • Proficient in project management tools and software.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Location: The candidate must be based in Gujarat and have a deep understanding of the local market and regulatory landscape.
