BD Assistant Manager / Manager

Key Roles and Responsibilities

1. Executive support to Deputy CEO/RE BD Head: e.g. external events planning, coordination, site record keeping and follow-up;
2. Participation in BD projects as assigned;
3. Centralized support to all BD team: contracts management /stamping/signatures collection in Shanghai office, internal weekly/monthly meeting organization/record keeping, training, etc.,
4. Departmental control and analysis: BD projects expenses/T&E costs reporting and analysis, Budget support;
5. Business events planning and organization in collaboration with key stakeholder functions (Customers/partners’ visits, contract signing events, project news releases preparation, etc.), etc.

Qualification, Skills and Experience

1. Bachelor’s degree or above, electrical engineering background is preferred.
2. With at least 3 years’ working experience.
3. Excellent Excel and PPT skills
4. Good communication skills
5. Independent, Proactive, Comfortable to work with ambiguities
6. Willingness to travel when needed.
