For the Subcontracting department, we are looking for a Service Administrator (f/m/d) to work on the administrative tasks in close coordination with a group of operations planners.

About the role

The role has some requirements, and we are ready to teach (develop) you:

  • Creation of order requests and goods receipt in SAP
  • Checking and filing documents in Salesforce, Vestas Online, etc.
  • Processing service orders in Salesforce
  • Contact with internal and external stakeholders

About the qualifications and experience

  • Technical or commercial training
  • You have good IT skills, ideally already in Salesforce, SAP and Microsoft Office
  • You are comfortable with technical topics and can quickly find your way around them (no previous technical knowledge required)
  • Business fluent in English
  • Experience from comparable work is advantageous, but not essential

  • You are a good communicator and have the necessary assertiveness
  • You enjoy working in and with a team, supporting each other.
  • Organizational and adaptable
  • You also enjoy communicating with external companies
