Deine Aufgaben

Bereitstellung aller planungsrelevanten Informationen und Änderungen an alle Bereiche des Supply Chain Managements
Schnittstelle zum globalen Beschaffungswesen, dem Projekt Management sowie der globalen Logistik
Sicherstellung der ordentlichen Erfassung aller erforderlicher SAP-Stammdaten
Gewährleistung eines vollständig aktualisierten Planungssystems (tages- und wochenbezogen)
Unterstützung bei Planungsprozessen und Systementwicklungen
Überwachung und Meldung der Bestandsentwicklung von Komponenten und Liefereinheiten
Gate-Keeper (Sicherstellung der Einhaltung aller vereinbarten Ex-Works- und Anliefertermine, zudem Ansprechpartner für alle Schnittstellen welche Änderungen im Lieferprozess/Planung verursachen
Unterstützung der 2nd-Level-Eskalation aus allen Bereichen der Lieferkette, die sich auf Projekte auswirken

Deine Qualifikationen

Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
Sichere englische Kommunikation in Wort und Schrift für die tägliche Kommunikation
Gute MS-Office Kenntnisse
SAP-Kenntnisse vorteilhaft
Kommunikationsfähigkeit
Selbstständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
