In dieser Rolle sind Sie für die Steuerung zentraler Kennzahlen, die Führung eines Teams von Bau- und Projektkaufleuten sowie die enge Zusammenarbeit mit unseren technischen und kaufmännischen Teams verantwortlich. Ihre Aufgaben

Verantwortung für die Steuerung der kaufmännischen Kennzahlen inkl. Ergebnisverantwortung der Business Unit
Führung und Entwicklung der Bau- und Projektkaufleute
Anwendung und Optimierung der kfm. Prozesse auf Grundlage PMO
Mitwirkung bei Vertriebs- und Einkaufsprozessen
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Projektleitung, dem Vertragsmanagement und den Projektteams, um eine reibungslose kaufmännische Projektabwicklung zu gewährleisten
Vorbereitung und Abstimmung von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresberichten mit der BU-Leitung an die Divisionsleitung

Das bringen Sie mit

Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder Studium, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt im Bauwesen oder Controlling
Langjährige Erfahrung in der kaufmännischen Betreuung von Bauprojekten
Fundierte Kenntnisse im Kosten- und Controlling-Management von Bauvorhaben
Erfahrung im sicheren Umgang mit SAP
Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte und eigenständige Arbeitsweise
Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke, um erfolgreich mit unterschiedlichen Fachabteilungen zusammenzuarbeiten
Führerschein Klasse B sowie Reisebereitschaft zu den Projekten / Standorten
