Hast du Lust, deine ersten beruflichen Schritte im Büromanagement zu gehen und dabei einen Beitrag zur Energiewende zu leisten? In unserem Regionalbüro in Braunschweig oder Hannover bieten wir dir die Möglichkeit, ab 2025 eine Ausbildung zum Kaufmann / zur Kauffrau (d/m/w) für Büromanagement zu starten.
Während deiner Ausbildung wirst du frühzeitig Verantwortung für vielfältige organisatorische und kaufmännische Aufgaben übernehmen, unser Team in der Verwaltung und Projektkoordination unterstützen und wertvolle Einblicke in die Planung und Umsetzung unserer Windenergieprojekte erhalten. Dabei trägst du aktiv zur Weiterentwicklung unserer Prozesse bei und lernst, wie ein modernes Unternehmen der erneuerbaren Energienbranche funktioniert.

Deine Aufgaben
- Du planst, organisierst und koordinierst – dank dir laufen alle Prozesse im Büro reibungslos
- Du unterstützt bei der Planung und Durchführung von Projekten, Besprechungen und Veranstaltungen
- Du bringst dich kreativ und organisatorisch in die Erstellung von Marketingkonzepten ein
- Du übernimmst vielfältige administrative Aufgaben, darunter:
- Verfassen und Bearbeiten von Schriftverkehr (interne Mitteilungen, Geschäftsbriefe etc.)
- Verwaltung der eingehenden Post
- Terminplanung und -überwachung
- Organisation von Dienstreisen
- Verwaltung von Materialbeständen
Das bringst du mit
- Einen mittleren Schulabschluss mit guten Noten in Deutsch und Mathematik
- Interesse an erneuerbaren Energien und Motivation, unsere Mission zu unterstützen
- Organisationstalent: Du planst und koordinierst bereits jetzt gerne Aktivitäten – sei es in der Schule oder im Alltag
- Eine kommunikative und offene Persönlichkeit, die sowohl eigenständig als auch im Team gerne arbeitet
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse auf C1-Niveau
