We are now looking for a Sales Manager to join our driven sales team and look after aftersales products and offerings. This role focuses on the aftermarket services and lifecycle management of marine equipment, supporting Danish shipowners in optimizing their operations and driving growth and sustainability.

What will you be doing?

  • Obtain a thorough understanding of the customer’s needs, requirements, and demand.
  • Proactively support our customers in their journey towards optimization and decarbonization.
  • Ensure that the proposed solution fulfills customer requirements and is technically feasible.
  • Provide strong and professional support to our customers.
  • Establish forecasts and report progress to internal stakeholders.
  • Organize and lead customer meetings in accordance with account plans.
  • Organize customized customer seminars and coordinate targeted marketing activities.
  • Maximize business growth and profitability.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and manage relationships with customers.
  • Set targets per customer account.
  • Create, maintain, and manage customer visit reports and track larger opportunities in our CRM system.
  • Expected travel days – 30 days

To be successful in this role, we expect you to have:

  • Experience from B2B sales in marine, such as Business Development, Sales Account Management, Sales Engineering, or similar.
  • Insight and knowledge regarding the Danish shipping industry through previous working experience
  • Preferably technical understanding of vessels and a strong willingness to learn
  • Customer-centric mindset with a strong can-do attitude and positive mindset.
  • Eagerness to grow business.
  • Systematic and organized approach towards customers.
  • Experience with CRM systems, e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics 365.
  • Excellent communication skills in Danish and English.
