Deine Aufgaben

Du verantwortest die vorbereitende Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung in Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Steuerbüro
Du bist Schnittstelle zu Behörden und externen Dienstleistern
Du pflegst und verwaltest alle Stammdaten im System
Du kümmerst dich um die Überwachung und Verwaltung von Abwesenheiten
Du erstellst regelmäßig Auswertungen und Reports

Dein Profil

Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder ein wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium, idealerweise mit Weiterbildung im Bereich Personal oder Lohnbuchhaltung
Fundierte ERP-Kenntnisse wünschenswerterweise mit Odoo
Erfahrung in der vorbereitenden Entgeltabrechnung
Analytisches Verständnis und Erfahrung mit Excel
Strukturiertes, diskretes Arbeiten und ein gutes Gespür für Prozesse und Menschen
Deutschkenntnisse auf muttersprachlichem Niveau
