Als Werkstudent Sales Support Manager (m/w/d) unterstützt du unser Vertriebsteam mit Auswertungen, Tools und operativer Intelligenz – und bekommst spannende Einblicke in die Steuerung und Weiterentwicklung unseres Vertriebs.

Deine Aufgaben
- Erstellung und Aufbereitung von Reports sowie Vertriebsanalysen und Visualisierungen für das Sales- und Management-Team
- Pflege von CRM- und Vertriebssystemen sowie Unterstützung bei Kampagnen, Prozessen und administrativen Aufgaben im Tagesgeschäft
- Mitwirkung bei der Weiterentwicklung von Vertriebsprozessen sowie der Erarbeitung von Anforderungen an Tools und Systeme in Abstimmung mit Sales und IT
- Unterstützung im Business Development, z. durch Marktanalysen, Potenzialermittlung und Erstellung von Schulungsunterlagen
- Koordination interner Kommunikation, Organisation von Meetings, Nachhalten offener To-dos und Zusammenarbeit mit angrenzenden Bereichen wie Marketing, IT und Projektmanagement
Dein Profil
- Laufendes Studium in BWL, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen o. Ä.
- Erste Erfahrungen in Datenanalyse, Business Development oder CRM-Systemen von Vorteil
- Analytisches Denkvermögen und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und Interesse an digitalen Tools
- Eigenverantwortung, Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke
