Your Missions

As an EPC Project Manager, you will lead multidisciplinary project teams in the full execution of renewable energy construction projects (mainly wind and solar), ensuring delivery on time, within budget and with the highest standards of safety and quality.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Lead and coordinate the project team throughout all project phases.
  • Ensure project delivery according to timeline, budget, scope and contractual obligations.
  • Manage contracts, risks and opportunities proactively.
  • Interface with clients and stakeholders, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor project financial performance and gross margin delivery.
  • Oversee project reporting and project documentation.
  • Apply project management methodologies and scheduling tools (Primavera, MS Project, etc.).
  • Ensure compliance with HSE & Quality policies and procedures.
  • Implement and promote lessons learned and continuous improvement processes.
  • Ensure cost control and accurate project estimates and reporting.

Qualifications & Experiences

Profile & Experience:
+7 years of experience in construction of medium to large-scale projects.
+4 years in project management (preferably in the energy or infrastructure sectors).
Strong background in Contract, Procurement and Risk Management.
Proven experience in cost control, scheduling, and stakeholder management.

Education:
Master’s degree in Engineering or similar technical field.

Technical skills:
Proficient in planning software (Primavera, MS Project, etc.).
Strong understanding of financial and commercial project management.
Fluent in English (mandatory); other languages are a plus.
