Als Sales Manager im Pre & After Sales Team (m/w/d) unterstützt du uns aktiv dabei, unsere Kund*innen vom Erstkontakt bis zur Übergabe ihrer Projekte zu begleiten – mit Organisationstalent, Kommunikationsfreude und digitalem Mindset.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Qualifizierung eingehender Kundenanfragen und Steuerung des weiteren Sales-Prozesses
  • Terminkoordination und -legung für Erstberatungen und Vor-Ort-Gespräche mit unseren Fachberater*innen
  • Durchführung von Beratungen sowie Verkauf von Nachrüstungen, Speicherlösungen und Add-Ons
  • Nachbetreuung abgeschlossener Verträge und strukturierte Übergabe an das Projektmanagement
  • Betreuung und Entwicklung von Bestandskund*innen sowie Mitwirkung an CRM-Kampagnen und Projekten zur Vertriebsoptimierung in Zusammenarbeit mit Sales und IT

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im kaufmännischen, technischen oder vertrieblichen Bereich
  • Erste Berufserfahrung im Vertrieb oder Kundenmanagement, idealerweise mit CRM-Erfahrung
  • Strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise mit hoher Service- und Qualitätsorientierung
  • Kommunikationsstärke sowie Affinität zu digitalen Tools und datenbasiertem Arbeiten
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
