Job Description
GOLDBECK SOLAR is a leading provider of turnkey solar systems on commercial roofs and ground mounted utility scale PV power plants. With our team of dedicated employees, we develop, plan, build, operate and finance photovoltaic systems in Germany, Europe and worldwide - tailor-made with a standardized approach.
What you can expect
As an Electrical Engineer (m/f/d) you are responsible for the planning of rooftop photovoltaic systems as well as grid connection in Poland. You work proactively in the team and accompany the entire tendering, planning, execution, and commissioning phases.
Tasks
- Development of the electrical concept and detailed planning of PV rooftop systems, including planning of high-power systems (low and medium voltage)
- Define data systems (SCADA) for monitoring and remote control of PV systems
- Coordination with national authorities, grid operators, engineering, and procurement
- Review plans of own and external engineers
- Cooperation with Sales in offer preparation and planning for customer contact
- Provide input or conduct yield simulations with PVSyst software
- Site visits for risk consideration
- Regular exchange with Sales, grid operators, customers, and project execution team
- Support throughout the entire tendering, planning and execution phases
Profile
- Completed degree in electrical engineering, renewable energy or equivalent
- At least two years of work experience in planning of electrical installations, ideally renewable energy generation
- Very good English and Polish language skills,
- Profound knowledge of a CAD-Software
- Great interest in renewable energies
- Willingness to work flexibly on various projects
- Team-orientated and proactive
