Job Description
GOLDBECK SOLAR is a leading provider of turnkey solar systems on commercial roofs and ground mounted utility scale PV power plants. With our team of dedicated employees, we develop, plan, build, operate and finance photovoltaic systems in Germany, Europe and worldwide - tailor-made with a standardized approach.
What you can expect
Join our team as a Site Manager (m/f/d) for photovoltaic projects and take an active role in planning and supervising installations on industrial rooftops. You will coordinate subcontractors, collaborate with project managers and engineers, and ensure smooth execution from detailed planning to project handover. This is a great opportunity to contribute to the growth of renewable energy while developing your technical and project management skills.
Tasks
- Supporting the project manager and construction engineers;
- Supervising subcontractors on site, checking work progress;
- Weekly construction reports;
- Organization of construction works and detailed planning of photovoltaic systems on industrial building roofs, in particular planning of photovoltaic system substructures;
- Coordinating with power grid operators, local government authorities, and internal departments;
- Supporting the organization of tenders, commissioning and accepting subcontracted services;
- Evaluating relevant technical regulations and creating internal guidelines for the planning and safe operation of photovoltaic systems;
Profile
- Relevant technical higher education or equivalent experience;
- Professional experience in the planning or construction of photovoltaic installations will be an additional advantage;
- Interest in renewable energy;
- Organized approach to work, as well as team spirit and customer focus;
- Knowledge of English, knowledge of German will be an additional advantage.
