Job Description

Monitoring the WTG operation status in SA, conducting data analysis, providing operation reports and improvement solutions.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Understanding Company's Management System & Participate in the ROC management system building.
  • Complete ROC Operation & maintenance processes & work procedures
  • Shift Worker responsible for 7*24 hours remote monitoring, unit failure notification, failure analysis and remote reset.
  • Complete & improve the failure notifications and remote reset workflow.
  • Provide the quality failure analysis and optimized solution to the faults.
  • Responsible for the collection and analysis of unit operation data, and compile operation reports.
  • Complete the collection and feedback of unit operation data before the 25th of each month.
  • Complete the monthly report of wind farm operation report before the 10th of each month.
  • Responsible for wind farm Energy management platform (EMP), Wind power prediction system, VSG/VMP reactive power control system and other technical support and problem docking.
  • Ensure the stable operation of each system and provide technical support for the issues
  • Complete other tasks assigned by the leaders.
  • 100% Completion on time.
  • Comply with the HSE requirements of the company, find and report hazards in the process of work, reporting HSE incident in a timely and truthful manner, participate the activities organized by department and GWI HSE.

Qualification

Education Degree: Diploma and above, Major in Engineering etc.

Language: English, preferably second language fluent

Years of Working: 1-3 years

Electricity, thermal energy, fuel gas, hydraulic power production and supply industries

Knowledge & Skill

  • Major in Engineering, Electrical, Electronic, and Automation.
  • Skilled in information collection, planning, and documentation.
  • Skilled in failure analysis and reporting the feedback.
  • Familiar with basic knowledge of monitoring system.
  • Good command of Microsoft Office suites.
