Die BayWa r.e. Operation Services GmbH deckt das breite Spektrum der kaufmännischen und technischen Betriebsführung, sowie den Servicebereich von erneuerbaren Energieanlagen ab. Wir befinden uns derzeit in der Implementierung von Workday Finance. Nachdem im vergangenen Jahr bereits Workday im HR-Bereich erfolgreich eingeführt wurde, erfolgt nun die Einführung in weiteren Unternehmensbereichen. Zur Unterstützung bei der damit verbundenen Datenübertragung suchen wir Verstärkung.

Deswegen suchen wir für unseren Standort Bendorf oder remote ab sofort Dich als ein:e Werkstudent:in in der Digitalen Transformation (m/w/d).

Deine Aufgaben

Unterstützung bei der Qualifizierung und Bereinigung von Stamm- und Bewegungsdaten für die Workday-Implementierung
Mitarbeit bei der Konzeption und Umsetzung von Daten-Schnittstellen über Snowflake und Informatica
Anpassung von Datenstrukturen im ERP-System
Dokumentation von Datenflüssen, Schnittstellen und Anpassungen im System
Durchführung von Tests zur Sicherstellung der Datenqualität und Funktionalität der Schnittstellen
Unterstützung bei der Abstimmung mit Fachabteilungen und externen Dienstleistern
Mitarbeit in einem agilen Projektteam mit Fokus auf Digitalisierung und Prozessoptimierung

Das bringst Du mit

Du bist eingeschriebene:r Student:in in einer technischen oder kaufmännischen Studienrichtung
Du bringst ein gutes technisches Verständnis mit und hast Spaß am Umgang mit verschiedenen digitalen Tools
Du arbeitest gerne selbstständig, flexibel und bringst eigene Ideen ein
Du hast sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse und bist lösungsorientiert
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse runden dein Profil ab
