Als Bilanzbuchhalter:in (m/w/d) für die Hauptbuchhaltung trägst Du entscheidend dazu bei, dass unser Unternehmen finanziell transparent, gesetzeskonform und wirtschaftlich effizient agiert. Du arbeitest eng mit dem Head of Accounting sowie weiteren internen Abteilungen zusammen.

Deine Aufgaben

Verantwortung für das Hauptbuch: selbstständige und ordnungsgemäße Buchung sämtlicher Geschäftsvorfälle nach HGB
Pflege und Abstimmung der Sachkonten, einschließlich Intercompany-Konten
Mitwirkung bei der fristgerechten Erstellung von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen nach HGB (perspektivisch IFRS)
Zusammenarbeit mit Wirtschaftsprüfern und Steuerberatern
Aufbereitung und Bereitstellung prüfungsrelevanter Unterlagen sowie Erstellung von Erläuterungen
Unterstützung bei der Einführung und Weiterentwicklung von ERP-Systemen
Mitarbeit an Prozessoptimierungen & Digitalisierungsprojekten
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Bereichen Controlling, Debitoren-/Kreditorenbuchhaltung und Projektmanagement

Wen wir suchen

Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung zum Bilanzbuchhalter (IHK) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Buchhaltung (idealerweise im internationalen Umfeld oder in einer Steuerkanzlei)
Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Rechnungslegung nach HGB; IFRS-Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil
Sicherer Umgang mit Buchhaltungssoftware und ERP-Systemen
Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse, insbesondere in Excel
Ausgeprägte Genauigkeit, Sorgfalt und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
Selbständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
