Job Description

In this role, you will play a critical role in ensuring seamless data flow across our HR and corporate technology ecosystem, enabling the People to operate efficiently and effectively across multiple platforms.

As a workday HR systems Manager, you will leverage your expertise in Workday integrations, data exchange protocols, and system architecture to ensure that our integrations are robust, scalable, and aligned with business needs. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders and leadership teams -ensuring that the integration solutions are secure, reliable, and future-proof.

What you will do

Reporting & Analytics

Design, develop, and maintain Workday custom reports (Advanced, Matrix, Composite).
Build and optimize dashboards for HR, business leaders, and other stakeholders.
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across all reporting.
Translate HR, Finance, and business requirements into actionable reports.
Support compliance reporting, including audits and regulatory needs (GDPR, EEO, local labor laws).

Integrations

Design, build, test, and maintain integrations using EIB, Core Connectors, and Workday Studio.
Manage and troubleshoot inbound and outbound integrations with third-party systems (e.g., payroll, benefits, recruiting).
