    • Running programs intended to work with developers, owners, and operators to design and build high performance, low carbon buildings in a manner that is cost effective and replicable
    • Piloting, demonstrating, and replicating emerging technologies that are compatible with existing building infrastructure, simplify the decarbonization process and improve net present value of energy efficiency and building electrification solutions
    • Strategically using incentives as a bridge to a future where incentives are no longer needed
    • Integrating financing solutions where appropriate
  • Maintain a network of stakeholders, market participants, trade associations, peer program administrators, policy experts, and other sources of insight to inform design and enable improvement of NYSERDA's solutions

Execution and Ongoing Improvement

  • Oversee effective and efficient management of program operations, with an ongoing eye for improvement, including identifying and implementing opportunities to standardize and streamline across programs.
