  • Process Optimization: Develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes for solar panel production to improve efficiency, yield, and quality.
  • Equipment Management: Collaborate with the equipment engineering team to evaluate, calibrate, and maintain production equipment for maximum performance.
  • Data Analysis: Monitor and analyze production data to identify trends, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
  • Process Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), process control plans, and work instructions.
  • Continuous Improvement: Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other methodologies to reduce waste, lower costs, and improve process stability.
  • Quality Assurance: Work closely with the quality team to ensure processes meet quality standards and compliance requirements, including ISO 9001 and other relevant certifications.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with R&D, equipment engineering, and operations teams to ensure seamless integration of new products and processes into production.
  • Training and Mentorship: Train and mentor junior engineers and operators on best practices and process improvements.
