We are now looking for a Senior Corporate Finance Manager to join our Group Treasury team.
Group Treasury is responsible for identifying and managing current and emerging financial risks across OX2's holdings, as well as advising the business on treasury-related matters. You will be part of an experienced team always looking to manage OX2s liquidity, refinancing needs, and financial risks in an efficient way.
Corporate Finance Manager
You will play central role in driving financial strategy, ensuring sustainable growth, and make a real impact in a growing organization. In order to thrive in this position, we believe you are a team member with great communication skills and people skills.
You will:
- Lead financial planning & analysis: Develop liquidity forecasts, financial models, and tools that enable accurate forecasting and decision-making in OX2 systems and tools.
- Drive financial reporting: Prepare and present insightful reports to senior management and the board, ensuring compliance and accuracy across multiple regions.
- Enable strategic growth: Support mergers, acquisitions, and investment opportunities through financial due diligence, valuation, and capital structure optimization.
- Manage financial risk: Assess risks, implement controls, and develop mitigation strategies to safeguard the organization's assets.
- Lead and inspire: Mentor junior colleagues, collaborate across departments, and enhance financial literacy throughout the business.
Qualifications
You have:
- A university degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or similar.
- 7+ years of experience in corporate finance, financial analysis, or related fields.
- Proven skills in financial modelling, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting tools (Excel, ERP, etc.).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Clear and effective communication skills - you are able to simplify complex financial data and convey that to other stakeholders.
- Full professional proficiency in English is a must
- Eligible to work in Sweden
- Preferably known to IFS, Treasury systems and other planning tools
