Damit unsere Speicher jederzeit verfügbar, performant und sicher arbeiten, braucht es präzises Monitoring, schnelles Handeln und ein wachsames Auge für Abweichungen - genau hier kommst du ins Spiel.
Als Leitwarten-Operator (m/w/d) bist du die erste Anlaufstelle für Störungen und Performanceabweichungen und trägst aktiv dazu bei, die Verfügbarkeit und Sicherheit unserer Systeme zu gewährleisten.
- 24/7 Live-Monitoring unserer Batteriespeicher über die digitale Leitwarte (SCADA/Monitoring-Systeme)
- Erkennen, Priorisieren und Klassifizieren von Alarmen, Fehlermeldungen und Abweichungen vom Sollbetrieb
- Remote-Entstörung durch gezielte Erstmaßnahmen (z. B. Neustarts, Parameter-Resets, Firmware-Checks, Safe-Mode-Schaltungen)
- Koordination & Kommunikation: Enge Abstimmung mit internen Fachbereichen, Eskalation an Second-Level-Support und Kundenkommunikation im Störungsfall (Tickets, Telefon, E-Mail)
- Dokumentation & Reporting: Lückenlose Erfassung aller Ereignisse im ERP-/Ticket-System sowie Erstellung von Schicht- und Übergabeberichten
- Schichtdienst & Rufbereitschaft im Rahmen des Leitwarten- Betriebs
Dein Profil
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im Bereich Elektrotechnik, Energietechnik, Mechatronik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Erste Erfahrung in einer Leitwarte, Netzleitstelle, SCADA-Umgebung oder in der technischen Anlagenüberwachung
- Grundverständnis von Batterietechnik (Lithium-Ionen, Degradation, Second-Life-Konzepte) von Vorteil
- Analytisches Denkvermögen und schnelle Entscheidungsfähigkeit in kritischen Situationen
- Kommunikationsstärke in Deutsch und Englisch - sicher im Umgang mit Kunden und in der internen Abstimmung
- Hohe Zuverlässigkeit, Teamfähigkeit und strukturiertes Arbeiten auch unter Zeitdruck
