YOUR MISSIONS
Voltalia's subsidiary for the O&M and EPC third party services is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic O&M Bid Manager that will, through a deep analysis of the RFQs, comprehensive costing structure definition and a strong collaboration with the sales managers, position the O&M commercial and technical proposal as the best in a competitive environment. The main responsibilities include:
- Participate actively to RFQ and tender clarifications making sure technical and commercial proposals are compliant and in line with customer expectations;
- Challenge the technical and commercial inputs with support of existing benchmarks, experience and industry standards;
- Lead tender activities from the analysis of the RFP (Request for Proposal) to project handover;
- Support sales managers in improving the commercial strategy to increase competitiveness;
- Lead scope and technical clarifications during contractual negotiations with customers,
- Make sure all costing assumptions are updated on a regular basis;
- Update and improve the costing model;
- Support Business Line managers in adapting the organization to increase both performance and market share;
- Management of the tender team;
- Interact with a multi-disciplinary team (sales, engineering, procurement, operation managers, contract management) and other as HR and Finance;
- Comply with Ethic and Compliance policies and manage confidential information.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES
The ideal candidate will be/have:
- Engineering degree; Business management degree is a plus;
- At least, 5 years of experience in similar positions with proven track record in Tendering roles;
- Proven experience within Renewables Industry or BESS;
- Proven experience within O&M services;
- Proven financial awareness and strong analytical skills;
- Excellent proficiency in data analysis, budgeting and P&L management;
- Awareness of different analysis tools (Power BI, Excel);
- English proficiency.
