À propos du rôle

Sous la supervision du Responsable Contract Management, le chargé d'affaires maintenance EnR gère l'application des contrats de maintenance pour les clients externes et est garant(e) de la bonne réalisation des prestations de maintenance.

Vos activités

Connaître les contrats de maintenance signés entre BayWa re France et ses clients externes.
Coordonner et suivre la réalisation des prestations de maintenances planifiées (préventives).
Suivre la réalisation des maintenances non-planifiées (curatives).
Valider et transmettre aux clients externes les rapports de maintenance préventives et curatives
Gestion de la facturation de l'ensemble des prestations.
Réaliser les devis de l'activité quotidienne de maintenance et des travaux additionnels pour les clients externes.
Participer activement à des échanges périodiques avec les clients externes.
Participer à des échanges périodiques avec les Responsables de zones EnR pour définir la planification des maintenances préventives et la réalisation des maintenances curatives.
Suivre les indicateurs de performance et d'efficacité par contrat.
Assurer des astreintes de coordination des interventions en week-end suivant le planning défini en complément des ingénieurs exploitation et des coordinateurs.

Qualifications nécessaires

Niveau de formation minimal bac +3 dans les métiers techniques ou expérience notable dans un poste similaire.
2 ans d'expérience minimum sur un poste similaire.
Une expérience dans le photovoltaïque est impérative.
A l'aise avec les outils numériques.
Bonne connaissance du pack MS Office.
Anglais courant appréciable.
Expérience dans la relation client appréciable.

Le poste est à pourvoir au Barp ou à Bordeaux.
