Als Prozessmanager:in (m/w/d) im Bereich Processes & Applications unterstützt du unser Unternehmen beim Ausbau und der kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung unseres Prozessmanagementsystems. Mit deinem strukturierten Blick auf Prozesse, Tools und Abläufe trägst du dazu bei, wichtige interne Projekte erfolgreich umzusetzen - insbesondere rund um ERP- und Softwareimplementierungen.

Du arbeitest eng mit verschiedenen Fachabteilungen zusammen, moderierst Abstimmungen, strukturierst Informationen und erhältst wertvolle Einblicke in unternehmensweite Prozesse sowie unsere Tool-Landschaft. Dabei bist du eine wichtige Schnittstelle zwischen Prozessmanagement, Software & Tools und dem ERP-Team.

Deine Aufgaben

Strukturierung, Abstimmung und Modellierung von Geschäftsprozessen, inklusive Erstmodellierungen und Weiterentwicklungen
Organisation und Begleitung von Projekten, z. B. durch regelmäßige Meetings, Aufgabenverfolgung und Erstellung von Präsentationen
Ausarbeitung von Detaildokumenten wie Arbeitsanweisungen, Prozessbeschreibungen oder Nutzeranleitungen
Kommunikation an Stakeholder und ins Unternehmen, z. B. über unser SharePoint-Intranet
Unterstützung bei Softwareimplementierungen und der Einführung neuer Tools
Mitarbeit in ERP-Projekten, z. B. bei Stammdatenbereinigungen oder Funktionserweiterungen

Wen wir suchen

Abschluss in einem wirtschaftlichen oder technischen Studiengang
