What would you work on

Build and manage relationships with BESS project developers.
Grow our BESS project pipeline through development agreements and M&A.
Act as the owner of all BESS projects from early-stage development to O&M handover.
Guide external developers on preferred locations, technical layouts, compliance, and more.
Monitor developer performance, review the progress - especially Ready-to-Build (RTB) status - and provide feedback.
Track and report on the status of each project during development and construction, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
Ensure a smooth handover of projects from development to construction at RTB stage, avoiding gaps or misalignments.
Oversee procurement schedules, particularly for long lead-time items, ensuring project delivery risks and delays are minimized.
Act as a senior interface with landowners, local authorities, stakeholders, and grid operators from late development through construction and operations.
Provide portfolio-level reporting to senior management, highlighting risks, milestones, and progress.
Serve as the central point of truth for the entire BESS portfolio, ensuring continuity across teams.

What makes you a great candidate

Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, Energy Systems, Geography, Project Management, or related field.
5-10 years of experience in renewable energy or infrastructure project development/ project management, with a strong focus on battery storage, solar, or grid-scale energy assets.
Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects from development through construction.
Strong knowledge of grid connection processes, permitting, and local stakeholder engagement.
Excellent organizational and communication skills; able to track multiple projects simultaneously.
Fluency in German and English.
