Job Description

FairWind is growing in the UK, and we're looking for a Project Manager - Blades to lead our blade service projects. This is your chance to take ownership of high-impact projects in one of the fastest-growing sectors of renewable energy.

Your qualifications

UK-based professional who can travel to sites within a day
Proven experience in blade projects and project management
Knowledge of WTSR and wind turbine safety standards
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Advanced English + MS Office Suite (incl. MS Project)
GWO BST certification is a plus

Your Role

Manage blade service projects end-to-end: planning, execution, and delivery
Lead and motivate skilled blade teams on-site and remotely
Ensure compliance with HSE, quality, and client requirements
Act as the main point of contact for technicians and stakeholders
Oversee project administration and maintain accurate data in PMS
Conduct on-site quality checks and enforce FairWind standards
Support tender reviews, budgeting, and cost optimization
Represent FairWind in client meetings and site visits
