Job Description

FairWind is growing in the UK, and we're looking for a Project Manager - Blades to lead our blade service projects. This is your chance to take ownership of high-impact projects in one of the fastest-growing sectors of renewable energy.

Your qualifications

  • UK-based professional who can travel to sites within a day
  • Proven experience in blade projects and project management
  • Knowledge of WTSR and wind turbine safety standards
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Advanced English + MS Office Suite (incl. MS Project)
  • GWO BST certification is a plus

Your Role

  • Manage blade service projects end-to-end: planning, execution, and delivery
  • Lead and motivate skilled blade teams on-site and remotely
  • Ensure compliance with HSE, quality, and client requirements
  • Act as the main point of contact for technicians and stakeholders
  • Oversee project administration and maintain accurate data in PMS
  • Conduct on-site quality checks and enforce FairWind standards
  • Support tender reviews, budgeting, and cost optimization
  • Represent FairWind in client meetings and site visits
