YOUR MISSIONS
Voltalia's subsidiary for the O&M and EPC third party services is looking for a CMMS Coordinator to integrate the Operation and Maintenance Department.
The main responsibilities include:
- Coordination of the CMMS (Voltalia Computerized Maintenance Management System) team;
- Cooperate with Sales department in the definition and update process of the maintenance inputs for the biding tool;
- Management of the contract with system provider;
- Management of the central system (CMMS) of Voltalia for the maintenance activities (Central System and Mobile Application);
- Manage and develop operational and standardized procedures for the optimal operation of the maintenance management system;
- Support for all users and analysis of the system usage, according to the defined standards (technical support);
- Provide CMMS training, on-site and remote (standardization, plants definition, usage, functionalities, reports, ...);
- Definition of the operational reporting platform and Dashboards for Maintenance KPI's;
- Contribution to the continuous improvement of the CMMS;
- Interface between users and system manufacturer;
- Audit CMMS usage, report non-conformities and implement corrective actions;
- Cooperate with Maintenance Engineering team to optimize system usage procedures, maintenance tasks, assets WBS and other definitions.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES
The ideal candidate will be/have:
- Degree or Master Degree in Engineering (Electrical / Renewable / Computer);
- Deep knowledge of CMMS and EAM systems (mandatory);
- Knowledge of PV Power Plants and/or Wind;
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly in Excel Advanced;
- Programing skills: VBA, SQL, HTML;
- English proficiency.
